Nesting Anyone?
Okay so I've been "nesting" for like the last month, which is good since I'm getting things done and yet it makes me feel like I should be closer to my due date!!! Plus the annoying thing is nesting happens when you are not easily mobile and are getting no sleep -- come on it is twice the work bending over, lifting, sometimes just walking around depending on the position of your little nester. I do have to say that I've spring cleaned my mom's house for her and also went through all of my girls baby clothes, plus more so the sense of accomplishment is high!!!!

Slacker!!!
Yes, I am a slacker when it comes to updating my blog!!! I've been busy yes, plus I haven't been taking very many pictures lately. Life is only going to get more complicated so I just sat down and decided I needed to post something. This last Monday the girls had their last day of gymnastics -- which they have loved their classes and teacher, it has been so much fun to watch them! We will probably do a dance class in January after the "new baby" onslaught. The last few months have been filled with canning with my mom -- canning is something that is amazing how much satisfaction and feeling of accomplishment it gives you when you are done!!! Also, this past month, well 3 weeks, Mat was sent to Nome Alaska for work -- not fun!! It was a good experience for him even though it wasn't fun having him gone for so long. So to help the time fly the girls and I headed to Alamo for 2 weeks!!!!! We canned, played, and I helped my mom do some "spring cleaning" in the fall!!! Also we helped Grandpa move dirt, or rather the girls played in all of the dirt piles that were delivered!! The weather was great, and it did help time go by to stay busy, but have the plus of not being in Vegas!! Now of course we are all back here in Vegas trying to get back into the groove of things -- so I feel really behind in everything I need to get done. I'm trying to get as much Christmas done now, since after Thanksgiving I'll be busy adjusting to our new addition. Also, I have all of these nagging projects that seem to be haunting me to get them done, all while just trying to do the daily stuff. Things are always going and we are busy but life is good and we are excited for the upcoming holidays. Hopefully I won't be slacking off as badly with my blog and pictures and the such!!

Anniversary!
So I'm always playing catch up now!! I'm feeling a bit disorganized when it comes to getting everything done. August 13th was our 5th Anniversary, it is amazing how fast 5 years can go by. When I stop to look back, it is hard to find the right word to describe it all -- wonderful! My husband is the most amazing person I have ever known. He pushes me, challenges me, make me better, supports me, loves me, comforts me. He has been there to laugh with, and cry with. He sees me in a way I wish that I could see myself more often. Mat is the most amazing father, husband, and friend -- how I love him!!

Fun with Friends!
This last week Mat was gone, up working in Elko for the week, but one of my really good friends from Spring Creek, Tiffany, and her 3 kids -- Emily, Dallie Jo, and Yance came down for the week to visit. We mostly just lounged, played at the house, and did normal day to day stuff. We did go to the splash park, did a little shopping, at McDonalds, rode the carousel, and had a sleepover with dancing. It was really nice to have them here, we miss them!!!!!

BIG NEWS!!!!
Since I am catching up, for all of those who don't know we are expecting again!! We are very excited and things are going well so far. We are due Dec. 4th, so we will probably end up having a Thanksgiving baby. IT'S A BOY!!! exciting, Dalia was just a tiny disappointed since she had been wanting a sister, but that passed quickly.
Major Catch-up!!!!
Okay, I haven't posted in forever, oops!! To catch everyone up somewhat, without going to far back, the girls and I went with my sister Jonelle to Utah July 1st for my cousin Kendal's wedding. We stayed with one of my other cousins in Lehi, Jay and his family which was great and fun!! Thanks again by the way! We stayed with them over the 4th of July, BBQ and did fireworks. While there we took the girls to the temple open house, right as we pulled in Mataya pucked all over, so I stayed with her and cleaned up and Jonelle took Dalia in the Temple. Dalia did pretty good, she was a bit misbehaved but she loved it. According to Joni she loved the celestial room and all of the lights.
We then left Utah that Monday and drove to Council Idaho to visit my Aunt and Uncle on their ranch for a week and then the Open House for Kendal. We love the ranch up there and wish we could visit more often. Just wish Mat could have been there with us. The girls love the freedom of playing outside, riding the horses, the 4 wheelers, the dog and kitten, and of course the trampoline!! The trampoline was a daily event for Dalia especially, and Mataya loved to sneek down to the barn with Joni or cousin Jamie to visit the horses. They went fishing on the river there once with Grandpa Wood, and loved throwing rocks more than anything. It was just nice to be out of Las Vegas, relaxing, visiting and feeling that slow pace life again -- if that makes sense to anyone!! I'm completely jealous of my Aunt Glenna's garden as I always am and her Bosch.
It then worked out to meet Mat in Elko, for his work, on our way home. So the girls and I did and stayed another 4 days in Spring Creek with Mat while he worked, visiting his parents and grandparents. So we got a lot of family visits in all at once. All in all it was a wonderful trip and I can't wait to see everyone again!!
